General Manager / Head Trainer
Josh is constantly looking to enhance each of his clients' workouts by having them set clear goals, monitoring their progress, and empowering them to achieve their fitness goals by designing workouts that meet their needs and ability. He is passionate about Olympic lifting and has devoted himself to the science and execution of the sport. Josh has his BS in Exercise Science and his ISSA Personal Training certification and is continuously immersing himself in the latest in exercise research and techniques.
As a Memphis native and athlete, Harrison Hill participated in lacrosse, baseball and soccer. He received his B.S. from the University of Memphis in Health Studies with a concentration in Sport and Movement Science. In addition, he has his personal training certification through ISSA. Harrison enjoys working with clients that want a structured workout plan that focuses on specific muscle groups to meet specific goals. He is committed to serving others and uses a motivational coaching style to ensure every one of his clients reach their goals. Just like his coaches have believed in him and helped him reach his goals, he truly believes in every one of his clients and will continuously go above and beyond to make sure they are successful.
Emron enjoys working with people who are committed and wanting to make a change in their lifestyle through fitness. Whether it is weight loss, building strength or just being fit. He is determined to help you to be the best YOU that you can be!
He is a great motivator and always pushes you to work hard and get the work done. Emron has a strong background in track and field.
Alan's favorite workout is Team Training. He believes there is nothing more fulfilling than to see a client achieve the unthinkable in their workout journey and reach their full potential. Alan has his personal training certification from NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine) and ASFA (American Sports Fitness Association). He is also certified in CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Rowing, and CrossFit Endurance
Cornelius truly enjoys working with members on weight management and building their endurance so that they build healthy habits that allow them to maintain a fit lifestyle. On the personal side, Cornelius puts his philosophies into practice as a professional body builder who competes regularly. He is also passionate about Kickboxing, martial arts and Tae Kwan Do. Cornelius is a certified Personal Trainer from FiTOUR
Katie was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. Her early life was spent as a dedicated basketball and tennis player. She further familiarized herself with fitness through pursuing an education in exercise science. With this background, Katie has not only established herself as wellness coordinator for assisted living, exercising the foundational tools necessary to carry out effective training, but also understands the business behind this lifestyle that keeps on giving. As a personal trainer and Les Mills Body step instructor, Katie is ready to make you feel your best.
