Low Impact - High Intensity - Resistance Training

Level 1

Bungee

  • Our Level 1 class is the place to start!

  • Take this class as often as needed

  • Learn the basic moves, build confidence, and prepare for level 2.

  • Burn 300 - 500 Calories

  • 30 minutes in the harness

    5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch

  • Take 2-5 Level 1 classes before moving to Level 2

  • Have FUN!!!!

Level 2

Bungee

  • If you have completed two or more Level 1 classes, and are ready for more, we suggest Bungee Level 2.

  • Learn new foot patterns and increase the intensity: Stars, C's, Springs, Plunges, and more.

  • Work through short combos of 3-4 movements that raise your heart rate.

  • 30-35 minutes in the harness

  • 5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch.

Level 3

Bungee

  • In Level 3, we increase the intensity from Level 2 and take you even further into the thrill of Bungee.

  • Start to move forward and backwards, this class gets you flying in every direction: "Back Shoots", "Back Bullets", & "FLY360".

  • Enjoy the challenge of combos that are fast paced and connect 3-5 movements.

  • 30-35 minutes in the harness.

  • 5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch.

TIPS AND HINTS FOR MAXIMUM FUN!

  • Always start with Level 1

  • Wear Thick Leggings (no shorts!)

  • Wear Sneakers that tie and are secure

  • We recommend you wear clothing that your feel good "bouncing" in!

  • Smile - You are going to LOVE this workout 🔥
