Bungee Fitness is a low-impact, motion-based, resistance-training program. In a 30-40 minute class, you will burn 350-500 cal.

Bungee Tips:
(1) Wear thick leggings or LONG shorts (2) Avoid low cut tank tops (3) Avoid Hoka sneakers, wear sneakers like Brooks or Nike.
Bungee Fitness Level 1:
Our Level I class is the place to start. Learn the basic techniques of bungee. Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these movements and terminology. During this class, we will use music to learn basic routines to keep the heart rate up, all while having fun. Once you've purchased your pass(es), sign up for a Bungee Level 1 Class by clicking HERE!
Bungee Tabata Level 1:
Interval training at its BEST! Learn the basic moves of bungee (squat, lunge, knee, run, burpees). Bungee Tabata uses high repetition, 20 seconds on and 10 seconds break, to increase cardio, strength, and endurance training. Once you've purchased your pass(es), sign up for a Bungee Tabata Level 1 Class by clicking HERE!
Bungee Fitness Level 2: We increase the intensity from Level 1 and take it up a step further. You must attend a level 1 class 2-3 times before registering for a level 2 class. You should have a good understanding of bungee terminology. In this class, we are in fat-burning mode the entire workout, so get ready to burn some major calories! Once you've purchased your pass(es), sign up for your Bungee Level 2 Class by clicking HERE!
