Our Level 1 class is the place to start!
Take this class as often as needed
Learn the basic moves, build confidence, and prepare for level 2.
Burn 300 - 500 Calories
30 minutes in the harness
5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch
Take 2-5 Level 1 classes before moving to Level 2
Have FUN!!!!
Bungee
If you have completed two or more Level 1 classes, and are ready for more, we suggest Bungee Level 2.
Learn new foot patterns and increase the intensity: Stars, C's, Springs, Plunges, and more.
Work through short combos of 3-4 movements that raise your heart rate.
30-35 minutes in the harness
5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch.
Bungee
In Level 3, we increase the intensity from Level 2 and take you even further into the thrill of Bungee.
Start to move forward and backwards, this class gets you flying in every direction: "Back Shoots", "Back Bullets", & "FLY360".
Enjoy the challenge of combos that are fast paced and connect 3-5 movements.
30-35 minutes in the harness.
5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch.
TIPS AND HINTS FOR MAXIMUM FUN!
Always start with Level 1
Wear Thick Leggings (no shorts!)
Wear Sneakers that tie and are secure
We recommend you wear clothing that your feel good "bouncing" in!
