FOCUS Transformation Programs
All inclusive programs designed specifically for you based on your goals, ideal timeframe, current fitness level and obstacles you might face along the way. Fitness, nutrition, goal setting and tracking, and accountability coaching will ensure results that last.
Private Personal Training
Add Personal Training to any of our memberships: Your coach will work 1 on 1 with you while focusing on your specific goals and current fitness level. We’ll make sure you’re executing every exercise in these tailored workouts with proper form, resistance, and tempo. They’ll also be working with you on attaining YOUR goals while developing fitness habits that will last a lifetime.
Bungee Fitness
Defy Gravity: 45-minute sessions ranging from level 1 to level 3. These classes are a great combination of cardio, strength, core, flexibility, and mobility. The resistance from the bungee cords requires participants to use their arms, legs, core, and stabilizing muscles, ensuring a comprehensive full-body workout.
Group Classes
Small Group Training, Boot Camp, Strength and Conditioning, Group Power, Spinning, Yoga, Bungee Fitness, Sculpt, Move & Groove, and more! Our classes will make working out fun and effective.
Open Gym Access
With over 10,000 square feet full of workout area and every piece of equipment you could ever need to get into amazing shape, there’s never an excuse to not head to the gym and get a great workout in.
