The East Memphis Athletic Club
Our FOCUS transformation program is tailored to each individual member. You will be paired with an expert coach that matches your style and needs. All ages, goals, fitness levels, injury history and experience are welcome!

So we can focus on exactly what you need while keeping a close eye on your progress. Your Coach will adjust your program as needed, keeping you in momentum and avoiding those dreaded “plateaus”!

Bootcamp, Strength and Conditioning, Spinning, Group Power, Yoga, Bungee Fitness, and more so you can burn a ton of calories each week while never seeing the same workout twice.

Healthy nutrition plans based on the foods you enjoy and supported by our in house RDN. We teach you how to balance healthy foods with everyday life so you don’t put weight back on after your “diet” is over.

Weekly goal setting and tracking with our medical-grade Body Composition Analyzer to hold you accountable while also knowing exactly what’s happening with your body as it changes.

Programs in High-Performance Mindset and Wellness Coaching, Stretch Therapy, Advanced Nutrition Support from our licensed RDN, and Injury Recovery. You’ll be equipped with everything you need to finally transform your body and mind for good.

So you can workout whenever you’d like in a safe, clean, comfortable, and controlled atmosphere. Your Coach will even prescribe homework to be done in the open gym on your non-training days based on your personal goals.
Established in 2018, it’s our mission to help people in East Memphis, Germantown, and surrounding areas to get fit, stay healthy, and live life on their terms while incorporating fitness habits that will last a lifetime.

7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays:
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
