Everything your need in 30 minutes.  These functional training sessions are limited to 5 participants to ensure each member gets the attention they need to succeed. Increase your lean muscle, build strength and sustain core stability.


Our personal training program is designed for those who have specific fitness goals or enjoy working one-on-one with their very own trainer. Your program will be designed specifically for you whether it’s strength training, high-intensity interval training, weight loss, target work, or whatever you need!

What is Bungee Fitness?

Bungee Fitness is a full body-workout involving cardio and strength training exercises while attached to a harness and bungee cord. The benefits of this type of exercise is that it is a low-impact workout and easy on your joints. These types of workouts are excellent for building muscle and burning stored fat.

Working out should be Fun, empowering, and enjoyable!

New to Bungee ?

To Make Your First Visit AWESOME, here are three tips:
1) Wear thick leggings (no shorts)
2) Unfortunately, No Hoka sneakers (they are too soft)
3) Make sure you wear a shirt you feel comfortable bouncing in. 🤣
