What is Bungee Fitness?

An amazing full-body workout. Get all the benefits of a cardio workout while strengthening and toning your whole body. Defy gravity, take flight, and experience a workout that's so fun it doesn't even seem like exercise!

Low Impact

Extreme fat burning, low body impact, motion based, anti-gravity cardio and resistance training offers participants maximum benefits without the pain and all the FUN!

Participants can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout.  

70% of your weight is lifted off your joints to create a floating, fluid, full body workout! Move in ways you never thought possible🎉

"Grounded" Bungee

Scared of heights?  😀  This Level 1 class keeps your feet on the ground. Participants will increase their mobility, balance, and strength through controlled use of the Bungee Resistance bands. This will offset body weight and enhance your ability to move like a kid again!  While in the harness, this class uses a variety of mobility movements along with bands, blocks, and light hand weights to provide a fantastic workout. 30 -35 minutes in the harness, 10 minutes of core, 5-10 minutes of stretch

 

Level 1

Our Level 1 class is the place to start! Learn all the basic techniques of Bungee Fitness. Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with the harnesses, bungees, movements, and terminology. During this class, we will use music to learn basic routines to keep the heart rate up, all while having fun. Participants are encouraged to ask questions as we break down each movement. 30-40 minutes in the harness, 5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch

Level 1.5

Want a bit more?  If you've completed two or more Level 1 classes, and are ready for more, we suggest Bungee 1.5. This EMAC Bungee class allows members to move consistently and master a range of basic bungee flight movements such as “knees", “stars", “burpees", and more, while building cardiovascular endurance and solid "muscle memory" towards our more advanced Bungee movements. 35 -40 minutes in the harness, 5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch

Level 2

Level two introduces movements in differnt directions. Partcipants will start to fly forward and backwards.  Participants are need to attend muliple level 1.5 and / or skills set classes prior to a level 2.  The coach will put together unique sequences that include backshoots, needles, bullets, and more. Each move will challenge and condition you while having a ton of fun!  We'll be in fat-burning mode the entire workout, so get ready to burn some major calories! 30 -45 minutes in the harness, 5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of stretch.

Level 3

The focus in a level 3 is non-stop movement. The coach will no longer stop and coach along the way. This class is 100% continuous movements. Your coach will assume you know each movement and have worked through Level 1.5- 2. 40 -45 minutes in the Harness, 5 Minutes of Core, 5 Minutes of Stretch

Skills Sets

This class is designed to provide direct coaching on the skills you want to learn. All Skill Set classes start with a 5 minute warm up. The remaining 45 minutes is 100% coaching on level 1.5, 2 and 3 moves. The coach will break down movement and provide time for you to pratice each movement in high repitition. 

bungee Sculpt

This class is a great blend of cardio and strength: 25 minutes in the harness for cardio & 25 minutes of band work and light weights to tone your arms, legs and core.

What to Wear

Thick Leggings or Long shorts

T-shirt that cover you mid-section

What NOT to Wear

I love Hokas...BUT not for this class. We suggest Brooks, Nike, or Saucony.

Be on time

It takes 15 minutes to harness all partciants. If you're late, we will need to reschedule your session. 

 13-15 Years of age must have an Adult with them
