Scared of heights? 😀 This Level 1 class keeps your feet on the ground. Participants will increase their mobility, balance, and strength through controlled use of the Bungee Resistance bands. This will offset body weight and enhance your ability to move like a kid again! While in the harness, this class uses a variety of mobility movements along with bands, blocks, and light hand weights to provide a fantastic workout while remaining attached to terra firma!
Our Level 1 class is the place to start! Learn all the basic techniques of Bungee Fitness. Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with the harnesses, bungees, movements, and terminology. During this class, we will use music to learn basic routines to keep the heart rate up, all while having fun. Participants are encouraged to ask questions as we break down each movement into it's finer parts to ensure you're moving well and understanding all your options.
Want a bit more? If you've completed two or more Level 1 classes, and are ready for more, we suggest Bungee Flight 1.5. This EMAC Bungee class allows members to move consistently and master a range of basic bungee flight movements such as “knees", “stars", “burpees", and more, while building cardiovascular endurance and solid "muscle memory" towards our more advanced Bungee movements.
In Level 2, we increase the intensity from Level 1.5 and take you even further into the thrill of EMAC's Bungee Fitness Classes! This class assumes you are familiar with our harnesses, bungees, set ups, terminology and basic Bungee Flight movements. Well then use all of these skills in this class as we put togther unique sequences that will challenge and condition you while having a ton of fun! We'll be in fat-burning mode the entire workout, so get ready to burn some major calories!
